Time to Get Serious

Time to get serious,

Been delirious.

This behaviour’s ridiculous,

Time for focus.

Cannot continue dreaming,

Of up and leaving.

This is my lot,

Like it or not.

But I can influence,

See some sense.

Stop all irresponsibility,

And opt for stability.

–

Make a choice on a man,

Make plans.

Ones that are real,

Instead of ideal.

It’s hard to make choices,

Am confused by voices.

Telling me to grab,

What I cannot have…
